Aikinz LIMS-Lite: Suitable for any manufacturer/trading company/business that issues clients’ material quality certificates or product quality certificates. The system is hosted at a shared hosting database.

Aikinz LIMS: Suitable for ISO17025 accredited laboratory (or plan to be) and third-party independent laboratory. Aikinz LIMS is hosted at Individual database.

How long does it take to set up Aikinz LIMS-Lite and Aikinz LIMS?

Aikinz LIMS-Lite requires 30 minutes to set up as it is hosted at a shared hosting database. Meanwhile, Aikinz LIMS requires at least 7 working days to set up the entire system as it is more functionally comprehensive and hosted at an individual hosting database.

How to cancel my Aikinz LIMS-Lite and Aikinz LIMS monthly or yearly subscription plan?

As simple as you don’t renew your subscription after it expires.

What happens to my data if I cancel my Aikinz LIMS-Lite and Aikinz LIMS subscription?

Aikinz recommends you periodically back-up or download all records and documentation prior to the cancellation of your subscription.

Yes, you can switch from Aikinz LIMS-Lite to Aikinz LIMS whenever you want. Not all data could be transferred due to shared and individual hosting boundary limitations. However, our engineers will take care of all the necessary work to ensure a smooth transition.
