Shipping / Return Policy

Shipping within Malaysia:

Items delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will take between 3 to 5 working days* and for East Malaysia Delivery 3 to 7 working days* to reach you, once your parcel ships out from us.

NOTE: Please note that, there will be a slight 2 to 3 days delay in processing your order during the festive season.

The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight / dimension. *Working days exclude public holidays and weekends.

NOTE 1: Orders on Friday after 8.30 AM will only be processed on the following Monday.

NOTE 2: This term does not apply to our Web Application product, which is Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.

Can I cancel/change an order after I have confirmed it?

If you wish to cancel/change your order, please notify us at our email enquiry@empiric.com.my. Orders can only be cancelled before the items have been shipped. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be always possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed. A RM5.00 admin and merchant fee will apply for payments made via eGHL or Credit Card.

What should I do if the item I received was damaged or is not the one I ordered?

If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at enquiry@empiric.com.my within 2 days from the date of receiving the item. It may take approximately another 2 to 5 working days for us to rectify and arrange on the request.

Can I return an item?

We understand that from-time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.

Before returning any items, please notify us at our email at enquiry@empiric.com.my to discuss your reason for a return and organize an approval to return an item to us. Please contact us within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the items. Return items are exchangeable but not refundable. If the Exchange item value is less than the Return item value, there will be no refund for the difference and if the Exchange item value is higher than the Return item value, customer will need to pay the difference. In both cases, merchant charges for using eGHL or credit card and delivery charges will be applied. We will not offer an exchange for items that are returned damaged to us or never arrived.

Can I cancel my purchase of Web Application products?

Cancellation of plan is not applicable, and paid subscription fee is not refundable.

Renewal of plan can be made 21 (Twenty-one) days prior to plan expiration.

If the renewal fails or the plan expires, your account will reset to free plan at the end of your billing cycle. Everything in the account will still be accessible after you remove invited users from your profile, but you won’t be able to create or add new photo over the free storage limit.

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your account will reset to free plan without notice. A chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before subscription is reactivated. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
